Thanks to a strong base of 4×6 skids, pressure-treated joists (at 12” on center), and tongue-and-groove flooring, our modular garages are designed for heavy use. On the exterior, all of our prefab two-car garages can be customized to match your property! Colors, siding, roofing, windows, doors…you get to pick them all. Customizable Options on Prefab Double-Wide Garages
Exterior & Colors
You can get your prefab two-car garage with a variety of exteriors: vinyl, stained wood, painted wood, metal, or log siding. Select either a metal or shingle roof (same price) for your modular garage.
Structural Changes
A-frame look and more overhead space. Pressure-treated plywood is also available as a flooring option for your double-wide garage. Think of it this way. Don’t settle when it comes to the construction of your garage.
Windows & Doors
A walk-in single door and two garage doors come with every prefab two-car garage, but upgraded styles are available. Get natural light in your modular garage with windows in sizes from 18×27 to 30×36.
Special Packages
Your modular garage can be configured as a workshop with a workbench, shelving, pegboard, etc. 2’-wide shelving can be added as a standalone option for all of our prefab double-wide garages.

- Pressure-treated 2×6 floor joists (at 12” on-center) on pressure-treated 4×6 skids.
- ¾” tongue-and-groove flooring with a 50-year warranty
- 7’ 4” walls framed at 16” on-center with top and bottom wall plates
- Boxed-in corner studs to make it easy to finish out your modular garage
- Trusses with steel gussets, framed at 16” on-center
- Felt paper beneath roofing materials for increased roof longevity
- Drip edge around the edges of the prefab double-wide garage roof
- 8” roof overhangs, boxed in and finished with the same material as the siding
- A 10-year workmanship warranty on all of our prefab two-car garages

Free Modular Garage Delivery
All prefab double-wide garages we sell include free delivery and assembly within 50 miles of any of our sales lots. Beyond 50 miles, it’s a simple per-mile fee. We want to make delivery of your modular garage as simple as possible!
